Quality Educational Opportunities
South County Chapter shall provide quality educational opportunities
- by conducting an annual member interest survey
- by offering minimum of 60 percent of the programs with recertification points
- by encouraging members to attend other IAAP educational events and share their experiences and ideas
Membership and Member Satisfaction
South County Chapter shall
- strive to achieve 80 percent retention and 12 percent net growth (minimum 3) membership by conducting annual new member orientation and holding an annual membership recruitment meeting
- maximize use of website for communicating to members
- publish annual calendar of meetings’ programs by October 1 and establish marketing plan encouraging members to attend chapter, division and international meetings and events
Succession Plan
South County Chapter shall develop a succession plan to develop chapter leaders
- by encouraging committees composed of at least two members to share the work and learn about the chapter
- by mentoring members with a structured program
